1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and CodeCraftCreations, based in Denmark, concerning the Blockz mobile game on Android and iOS.

Blockz is intended for users aged 13 and over. By downloading, accessing, or playing Blockz, you agree to these terms. If you are below the age at which you may enter this agreement by yourself, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms for you. A parent or guardian who allows a minor to use Blockz is responsible for supervising that use.

2. Licence to play

CodeCraftCreations gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Blockz for private, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store from which you downloaded it.

You do not acquire ownership of Blockz, its code, artwork, audio, level designs, characters, brands, or other content.

3. Fair-use rules

You must not:

• copy, sell, rent, distribute, or commercially exploit Blockz or its content;
• reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly allows it;
• use cheats, automation, modified clients, exploits, or unauthorised tools;
• interfere with the game, advertising, purchases, security, or another service;
• bypass purchase, parental, age, or privacy controls; or
• use Blockz for anything unlawful or harmful.

4. Coins, skins, and virtual items

Blockz may include virtual coins, ball skins, platform skins, power-ups, progress, or other digital game items. These items are licensed, not sold. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and may not be transferred outside mechanisms expressly provided in Blockz.

We may rebalance, rename, modify, or discontinue virtual items when reasonably necessary for gameplay, security, legal compliance, or continued operation. This does not limit any mandatory consumer right that applies to you.

Local progress may be lost if you delete Blockz, clear its storage, replace or reset your device, or install the game on another device. Blockz does not currently provide an account or cloud-save service.

5. In-app purchases and refunds

Optional purchases are offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, taxes, payment processing, purchase approval, and most refund requests are handled by the relevant app store and are also governed by its terms.

You are responsible for purchases made through your store account unless applicable law or the store’s rules provide otherwise. Parents and guardians should enable the platform’s purchase approval and parental controls before allowing a minor to play.

If a valid purchase does not unlock correctly, contact us with the platform, approximate purchase time, and non-sensitive transaction information. Do not email full card or bank details.

6. Rewarded advertisements

Blockz may offer optional rewarded ads through Unity Ads, Google AdMob, or another disclosed provider. The availability, content, length, and reward of an ad may vary. An ad reward is provided only after the provider confirms the required viewing event.

Advertising and consent choices are configured according to applicable law, platform settings, provider requirements, and valid consent choices. Advertising remains subject to the provider’s availability and technical operation; we cannot guarantee that an ad will always be available.

Do not attempt to manipulate ad views, rewards, or reporting. If a reward fails, restarting Blockz may help; you may also contact support.

7. Privacy and younger users

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with Blockz. Blockz is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. Parents and guardians should supervise a minor’s use, configure device and purchase controls, and contact us if they have a concern.

8. App stores and third-party services

Blockz relies on services provided by Apple, Google, Unity, and potentially other disclosed providers. Their own terms and policies apply to their services. CodeCraftCreations does not control their networks, platforms, or decisions.

Where app-store terms provide you with additional rights against Apple or Google, those rights remain unaffected.

9. Updates and availability

We may update Blockz to add or remove features, fix problems, maintain compatibility, improve security, or comply with law. Some updates may be required to continue playing.

We aim to keep Blockz available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the game where reasonably necessary. If paid digital content is affected, your mandatory consumer rights remain available.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Blockz at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict or end your licence if you materially or repeatedly violate these terms, misuse Blockz, threaten security, or if continuing the service is no longer reasonably possible.

11. Disclaimers

Blockz is provided for entertainment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, it is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make guarantees beyond those expressly stated in these terms. Nothing here excludes warranties, remedies, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeCraftCreations is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from your use of Blockz. We do not exclude liability where exclusion is unlawful, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights you have as a consumer under Danish, EU, or other applicable law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law, without depriving you of mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, the competent Danish courts will have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law allows or requires you to bring the claim elsewhere.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to Blockz, our providers, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Where required, we will give additional notice before a material change takes effect.
